Convenient shopping
Shopping should be relaxing and inspire the senses - and of course without stress. It's therefore very important to us to ensure that every one of your wishes is fulfilled. If you don't find what you're looking for in our shop, please don't hesitate to contact our team and we will try to arrange a special order for you. Gift vouchers are also available if you would like to make a favourite person happy. And of course we'll be happy to giftwrap any article for you which is intended as a present. With the exception of reduced-price articles, we offer a right of exchange for 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to presentation of our sales receipt.

Delivery service
Horstmann+Sander makes shopping easy. To make sure this continues even after you have made your purchase, we will be happy to deliver the bags and suitcases you purchase from us to your home. In the Hanover region they will be delivered by one of our employees. For longer distances we work with the specialists of UPS and DHL and offer free shipping from a value of EUR 200.

Repair service
We make sure that you will enjoy any product you buy from us for many years to come. For this purpose we offer a comprehensive repair service. Our service department will open blocked or forgotten number combinations on combination locks, carry out sewing work, punch additional holes in belts or shorten them if necessary. We exchange the rollers on Rimowa suitcases and repair the outer seams of gloves. For more extensive repairs we work together with an external specialist. And if the repair work takes longer, we can provide you with a suitcase or replacement bags on loan.

Payment options
You can pay in cash and with all major debit and credit cards, including China Union Pay and Japan Credit Bureau. And because we work with Tax Free Worldwide, you can obtain a VAT refund if you wish to export the purchased goods from the European Union.

Cost estimates in the event of damage
If something happens to your high-quality luggage during a journey, we will be happy to provide you with an estimate of the potential repair costs. You can submit this estimate to your insurance company and thus have a better chance of being reimbursed for the damage incurred.

Shopping can be tiring, and often the best way of regenerating your energy supplies is with a glass of champagne and freshly prepared Italian delicacies from Gabriella Piu.

Leather is a unique natural material, and it therefore also requires special care. A lot of useful tips and tricks on general leather care and the relevant products are available in the service section of our cooperation partner Collonil. And if your leather accessory is damaged or soiled our own service department will be in a position to provide you with the right advice and help.

Very individual
Horstmann + Sander customers can exclusively have a leather pendant of their choice embossed with their initials to make e.g. their luggage or bag unique.
